My personal belief is that if you believe in god/the bible then you should believe in demons as they are directly referenced in the bible as existing just as much as you, me, or god himself.

And that's wonderful. And I do the same.

I just think someone can choose to believe in ine and not the other if they so choose.

Not being a believer is one thing.

Believing in an Almighty God (good) goes hand in hand with believing in the Devil (evil)....angels/demons too.

It's really not up for debate.  Any other conclusion is simply.....flawed.

Well I would definitely say a person can believe in God without believing in a devil. Actually, since God is infinite then He must be everything....and if He is everything then a devil must just be one aspect of Him(if you believe in a devil).

But as far as the OP...believing in demons is different than believing they can make a child defy gravity and walk up a wall. Funny how no one got this recorded, even in today's age of everyone having a camera on them.

A lot of exorcisms aren't recorded bc the priest or whoever won't allow it.

Maybe cuz it's not real or whatever I dunno.

I just think it's a wierd story and wierd for it to be corroborated by so many different people.

at one time I lived in a house on deer creek way out in the middle of nowhere. the house was built just after the civil war but remodeled several times including while I was there. I had a huge living room and one wall was a book shelf. one day while drinking a beer with some friends a book jumped off the wall, landed on the dinning room table ten feet away and nothing else moved. everybody but me hauled ass out of there and I went to see about the page it opened to.
