As a Gamecock fan I don't approve of any UGA defensive coach leaving.

Ha, I hear ya

Nah I don't know if he seriously resigned due to personal reasons like he says or if he was just pushed out. I mean we did have a good secondary when there wasn't a bunch of freshmen DBs.... who knows

Talent has never really been UGA's issues.  For whatever reason your defense as a whole hasn't even come close to playing like you should with the amount of talent you have.

Normally that is a sign of coaching.

Amen. We have truckloads of HS Talent come in...we just don't develop it well enough. Plain and simple. Coaching problem.

I guess the secondary coach leaving is good, since ours played like shit last year, but i really want Grantham gone.

He wasn't fired btw. Health related is why he left. A lot of insiders knew this was coming for months.

Hell the best defensive showing we had in years was when Rodney G and a bunch of grad assistants lead our defense vs. the Aggies in that bowl game

Hopefully we can get someone who is competent. Sadly as long as we have Grantham regardless of who we hire our defence will still be horrid.
Also a Montral Canadiens fan.
