Why ask him?

I'll clean it up later, but go ahead and try it out.

I should have known we could make executive decisions without him.

That definitely makes me want Coker more, but I want someone more established, possibly someone with NFL experience. Successful OC, not some pretender like Kiffin.

Wouldn't hurt to grab a QB coach and an OC too...nothing wrong with that...

Sorry to be a buzzkill, but Coker lost out on the starting job to a freshman who played 2 sports.
Most Noles were only disappointed he left because of the depth problems it caused.
They knew Winston would start for a very long time.

Granted, most Gators weren't upset about losing Newton.
But he stole a laptop and threw it out his window when the police showed up.

That's all well and good my biased Gator friend, but he would probably be all we need with all the talent we have at Alabama. Of course I'm one of the ones that believed AJ will be missed and he was a solid talent, but if we're going by others logic, Coker can be plugged in and win.

Also, I think it's easy for a QB like Winston with the abilities he has to beat out a guy like Coker. Jameis had more of the hype, and he fit Jimbo's mold(EJ Manuel) honestly.

I don't expect him to be like Cam Newton...but he can be a Greg McElroy and I'll be fine.

Understandable, but then what's the big deal about getting a QB at all? Don't y'all have 3 already?

I am more intrigued with his arm, always heard when we recruited him he was a solid talent.

Right now, I have no clue who is a viable candidate for QB, we may need to know our offensive direction first. If it's any kind of HUNH, Sims comes into play. I would be surprised though...
