I dropped my chaw habit for a bourbon habit. Dipped various brands/flavors for nearly 8 years. Quit on October 4, 2011 (yes I remember it vividly).  Mainly grizzly straight or wintergreen. I miss it terribly sometimes. Been thinking about it lately.

I used to smoke Camels, I quit cigarettes though.

I smoked Salem 100s menthol for almost 10 years. I woke up one day, looked at the pack and said nope. Never touched another one.

Dipped redseal straight long cut / skoal for 16 years.

franklin / highlands area....beautiful area...mountains but not smokeys traffic....trout fishing...antique shops...barbecue.... maybe I'll meet you when I go see my dad in the gold mine community.

We used to rent a cottage in Franklin every summer, so much nicer than the Smokies.  I grew up in Knoxville.  We would rather drive 3 hours over the tail of the dragon than 45 mins to Sevierville.
