Looking at Boone, Henderson/Waynesville/Canton or the coast.

Canton stinks. Literally. They had a paper mill there that stunk your car up when you drove through town.

Tobacco Road the book is about Ga sharecroppers in south Augusta. The tobacco road is out gate 5 of fort Gordon ga. I read the book after meeting some folks from the area and moved it from the fiction book case to non fiction. Book is by E Caldwell and should be read by all southerners. Its the basis for how Yankees see us.

They try to give me long cut alot but I usually only buy mine at a store around here that keeps it in the cooler. Copenhagen aint worth shit stale or out of date.

My habit? Probably beers.
I don't smoke often enough to call it a habit, but I usually drink a few beers each night.

Varies, but mostly Drew Estate, Gurkha, and 5 Vegas.  I have two humidors, one 100 count for my regular cigars (Gurkha, 5 Vegas, etc.) and one 50 count for my infused (like the Drew Estate - Acid, Natural, etc.).

I only started smoking cigars a little over 2 years ago.  I buy all mine on special on-line at Cigars International or the Famous Smoke Shop, which I usually pay around $4-6 a stick.  However, you have to look for the specials and jump on them when they come up.  They cost much more at my local Cigar shop.

It sort of depends on your taste as to what you may want to try.  I really enjoy the infused cigars made by Drew Estate (the Acids or Natural Toast/Dirt/Root), and many people recommend them for beginner cigar smokers.   They're a little sweeter than regular cigars.

The Famous Smoke Shop runs the Cigar Monster with specials every day.  The Acid Toast is a great cigar and they have 10 on special at $36.98 (free shipping) - see link below.  They usually run about $7 a stick at regular price.

Boone's nice. Enjoyed time there when my friend went to App State.  That whole area is nice. My girl is trying to get me to move down there closer to Raleigh.

I've always smoked Kools or Camels.  My dad grows tobacco on our farm in Mercer Co.
