After the Crimson Tide's practice at the Superdome, DePriest put to bed speculation he might bypass his senior season for the NFL.

"I'm coming back," the 6-foot-2, 245-pound DePriest said.

I figured he's at best a low 2nd-3rd round pick--just the sort who could be swayed by a guileless agent promising that he can move waaaaaay up.

He's provide needed continuity and leadership next year, as i suspect that re-establishing Bama's defensive mojo is going to be a priority for Saban and Smart (assuming that Smart doesn't go to the Barn after Gus goes to Texas  :trollface: ).
