This is fine reading right here....

"Whenever I see those crimson jerseys and crimson helmets, I feel humbled to have played football for Alabama. Other players in the NFL talk to me about their schools and their traditions. I just smile knowing the immense love Alabama fans have for our school and its football program. I'm proud to be a part of that Crimson Tide heritage."

Do they realize the 10th best team in the SEC beat them by 21?

It's a major cluster Posted Image over there right now.  The last thing they need to be doing is bashing the SEC.  Many fans are already wanting to burn that university to the ground after all the drama with Mack Brown.

Epic meltdowns on several sites yesterday; ShaggyBeaver crashed repeatedly... the reading was priceless on those rare occasions when you could access the site.

What exactly happened?
Mack was going to retire, then changed his mind when the story broke?
That doesn't seem like a legit possibility.

I'd buy that he was going to retire if Texas could land Saban.
No other sure things out there in college football right now.

We've been trolling the shit out of Chip brown on twitter for the last 24 hours. The guy is a huge joke. His sources are wrong most of the time.

Maybe now some of you see the stupidity we have been putting up with from the tards in Austin.

Uh no it wasn't. Saban signed an extension that had been sitting on his desk hours after shit hit the fan in Austin. It's all over now but you guys almost lost him.

What I learned from my research:

Mack was told retire, he agreed until he found out that Saban would replace him. That rubbed him the wrong way because he wanted to remain involved with the program and knew Saban would not give him the time of day and would totally overshadow his "legacy." Brown got angry and decided to change his mind. He went on a full blown campaign to save his job and apparently managed to squeeze one more season out of UT.

I don't believe any of that. It sounds like you have the same source as Chip Brown.

This is just like the Manziel getting paid story last year. There was one news source who was reporting it and everyone just jumped on it. Neither were true and the media is trash.

Saban was never interested in the whorns bro.. Do I think Sexton used the whorns interest as leverage? Yes because that's what agents do that's their job.
"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban
