Your offense wasn't all that special that year, so I'd say a true freshman QB contributed to that.

We can't have a true freshman who is underweight start for us in a make-or-break year for our HC when we have a more than capable senior on the roster.

Yea i get that. Especially if its a tight race coming out of camp. But if Grier shows up Driskel, i say let em hang and see what he can do.  Muschamp has nothing to lose.

I'm being a negative Ned, but I will be floored if Grier shows up Driskel.
If he does, I'm all for starting him.
But to me, that says more bad about Driskel than it does good about Grier.
If that makes sense.
