And your point is?  I would take Chizik and a National Title, fire Chizik a year later, and get back to the NT game with Malzahn over keeping Richt in a heartbeat!

Richt is a pussy fart.  You know what is never a success......a pussy fart.....it just sort of embarrasses everyone.

Are we talking about coaches or "luck as f*ck" scenarios? theres a difference

Nah UGA administration would probably hire some unknown High School Football coach to save even more money

When did UGA and MSU swap administrations? UGA shouldn't have to worry about saving money. We're the ones on the budget here.

Meh, Richt had Bama on the ropes last year. 6 or so yards would change all this banter. Bama fans can talk all the trash they want but before Saban rescued the program they were hiring clowns like Mike Shula and Mike Price.

Richt has probly put Bama in its toughest situation during their run until Malzahn took their precious away.

The UGA administration is like that rich guy who doesn't keep the AC on in his own house during the summer just to save a few dollars

People complain a lot about Bobo but they forget how we used to put up like 14 or 20 points a game when Richt ran the offense

Bama was on probation through all those coaches named Mike between that time Stalling and Fran weren't bad at all.

Saban has brought back Alabama football no doubt but the long tradition of winning didn't start with him. I can't deny the iron bowl loss did sting a little especially knowing the best team lost.
"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban

If Bobo gets the credit then he should be highly sought after as a HC. How awesome would it be for Bobo to replace Mushcamp next year?

Any situation that moves Muschamp away from UF (aside from being our DC) is not a good one

More likely he would replace Franklin if anyone was stupid enough to offer him a parachute out of Vandy.

Yeah we are talking about coaches.   Chizik was willing to do whatever he had to do to win.....Richt doesn't have the killer instinct to ever consider winning at all costs.  This is why he is a good coach but not an SEC caliber coach.

If we continue to humor these Missouri Yankees they will start to actually believe they are really in the SEC.  Ppffffftttttt.....Yankees in the SEC....that'll be the day!

Ok, so you would be fine with firing Richt and hiring Chizik? Is that right?
