Didn't look at stats week by week until you said something...

Dude as a WR never went of 100 yds, he never even reached 90!!!... and he is freshman of the year?!?! LOL!!! This is like Julian Edelman being voted to the pro bowl.

Avg 8.3 YDS A CATCH?!?! And is compared to Michael Irvin?!? I am completely confused on this one.

Being a "homer" aside, Collins went over 1000 yds as a true freshman and had 4 games over 100.

Guess I just don't understand football like I thought I did.
No argument from me--I was poking fun at ESPN jizzing all over his game against Vandy.

I just never really looked at it. I saw the <700 yds receiving and read RF4L's comment about injury and thought maybe he started the year big and got hurt.

Nope... turns out he was voted in off the Ole Miss hype train I am assuming... Oh well. Next year I have a feeling everything will be right in the SEC West again. :)

hey now, that 8.3 yards a catch was good enough to be ranked 50th in the SEC.

Kid is going to be an excellent player, but honestly the only other freshman that should have been considered, besides Collins, was Hargreaves III

Get over it. Good god why are you whining about that of all things?

He had like 9 catches in his SEC debut. Pretty damn impressive

Y'all are a bunch of bitches. Get over it.

Kid is special. Stats don't tell the whole tale for a true freshman in the SEC. He had the biggest impact of any freshman in the conference. Y'all had another  rusher right around 1000 yards.

Plug and chug, where as our passing offense is nowhere near the same without Treadwell in the slot

As in Arkansas and MSU will be at the bottom of the West? God I hope so

Who's whining?  I'm just having fun--or have we sunk so far that we can't make fun of sportscasters?

You, on the other hand, definitely sound like someone with at least one rustled jimmy.

I'd like to see us get a tall receiver.Or a receiver who could catch would be nice.Or a qb who could move around a little when the receivers aren't open and gain some yards. We have a little work to do.

I think, from what I saw, that Treadwell was a good get for Ole Miss.Collins is good as well.

I just don't see how your first thought on the matter was to laugh at an announcing crew of a game in week 1 of the season.... When Treadwell had a damn good game anyways.

And it's pretty funny anyway... You're a bama fan. you would know all about announcing crews and ESPN slobbing all over ya'lls knob 24/7

I think it's impossible to have a jimmy rustled by a kermit
