You say that as you do the exact same thing for Alabama?

Oh? Mentioning the BCS era and it's championships, the final measuring stick for all teams,  if they're so lucky to achieve the greatest goal. Is some how a convenient fact that I've separated from the topic? Which the topic at hand is Auburn losing to Florida State, in it's very game thread.

Hmmm, yeah...as always close, but I'll give you 13 seconds to retry. Watch as you scurry to another topic Auburn is good at, but can't size up to their ultimate measuring stick in Alabama.

You're trying hard, and I guess that can be commended on some pathetic level, but the fact remains that Bama is on a two game losing streak, lost to their rival, and lost a bowl game that they were heavily favored in. Auburn just completed the single greatest turn around in college football history.

I think we're doing fine.

"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban

With no National Championship to show for it.

And as I said, none of that bothers me at all little bro. Alabama failed to get a 3rd--that's one, two, THREE-- NC in a row. You clearly ignore the invitable truth, Auburn failed where it mattered the most.

Deal with it.

We absolutely failed in the NC.

Just not as hard as Bama did this year. But hey, if losing your last two games (in each of which you were favored by two scores) makes you proud then by all means, continue being proud! :shakeshout:

It sure would be nice if moral victories meant anything, like making it to the NC. There is no twisting or anyone caring about Alabama's flaws of this season. Auburn failed and thus failed the SEC. Alabama has been to more NCs...won more and at the very least never lost the BCSNCG.

Accept it, this is your reality. Iron Bowl bragging rights, but being reminded it meant absolutely jack shit every second, of every day. Oh yeah Auburn is SEC champions at least, you can go sit with 2011 LSU in the moral corner.
your so bitter...but its expected.

If Auburn played just a little ball control in the 2nd half, FSU wouldn't have had enough time to score the go ahead TD. By that point, Aub's D was gassed.

We can do this little dance all day every day.

The fact remains Alabama lost the last two games this season, failing to make it to a 3rd NC in a row. I'll live with that because it's stupid and greedy to think we should have been there.

Auburn on the other hand floundered for two years during our NC runs, shocked the nation to make it back to the BCSNCG....and failed on the big stage. They fell flat on their face, ended the SEC streak and have one NC instead of 2 to Bama's recent 3(we'll forget the other ones you'll whine about).

Yeah, I'm god damn proud actually, and can speak plenty due to recent overall success. Deal with it.
