An NC is forever, especially one a year ago. Should blow the dust off the 98' pics, it would be a nice blast from the past at least man.

If you are going by SEC schools that COULD beat FSU...

Bama, Mizzou, Auby, (&LSU @ home)

Other than that, no. Too much talent on FSU and I know everyone says, "They haven't played anyone" but the demolished everyone this year including two teams, Clemson and Miami, that beat SEC schools.

Ohio St on the other hand was flirting with losing all year. No one has come closer than 2 touchdowns and with the exception of weird hiccup game against BC, they haven't allowed more than 17 points in a game.

clemson and miami werent very good either (or who they beat in the sec), so i wouldnt use them as a measuring stick...

We've absolutely got to get pressure with our front 4, or we will NOT win, regardless if they're able to slow down our run game or not. Hit him a few times in the first quarter and make him feel uncomfortable. This is the best DL he's seen all year.

It's the best everything he's seen all year. Including the secondary.

I'm feeling more comfortable with it now. BC put up a lot of yard on the ground on them. I'm like HFS, I think they are gonna get a plan and practice like hell on that plan, and Gus is gonna adjust and then they won't have an answer. I think the break helps us tremendously.

This completely. I can't Imagine us not putting up at least 300 yds if 1 back from BC can put up 150.

Gus is a great game coach, and so is Jimbo.  In the end, I think Gus' in-game adjustments plus the Auburn speed win out.

Auburn doesn't have any edge anywhere on the field but desire. I doubt it's enough in this one.

Definitely. For those who haven't been paying attention Auburn has rushed for more than 1200 yards the last three games against some of the best defenses in CFB. FSU is about to get smacked down like every other team that hasnt played anything near the physical SEC play.

This game in Passadena not in Jordan Hare Pat Dye will possibly be the toughest test yet for Auburn.  Jameis Winston being a mobile QB better than James Franklin presents a huge problem for Auburn.  FSU is a lot like an aTm team that can play defense.

Stopping Auburn is going to be key.  Auburn needs to work dilligently and get focused for the game so that they do not get those 5 yard penalties that force down and distance problems.  IDK if FSU can stop Auburn without some Auburn help, but they can certainly score repetitively with that FSU offense.

Good Luck Tigers.

Everyone said we didn't have an edge anywhere against Bama either and we dominated the trenches and ran all over them. I expect the same to happen.

Auburn ran around Bama with speed on the edges. FSU is faster than Bama on defense especially on the DL.

Of course AU can beat FSU. I'm not very impressed by an FSU team with an SEC-like roster hammering a bunch of teams that could just as easily play in the Sun Belt.

That said, I'd like to see AU go into the game with a legit SEC defense; but that ain't gonna happen, so I think this one will be close like most of AU's other games.

Winston is still a freshman with little big-game experience; and if he has the typical Heisman letdown I wouldn't be surprised.

I think AU wins.

@bulldawg28 Tre Mason had almost 170 yards in the game and not one of those came around the edge. Nick Marshall's 45 yard TD was right up the middle. We ran right through the middle of their defense.
