they are pretty good. they tend to get ahead of other teams quickly then coast the game. now to give duke credit they were only down 17-0 at half but it didn't take long for fsu to pull away in the 3rd. they run good, they throw good and their defense plays tough. they are legit.

I've watched them several times this year Skip and they are legit. Speed on O and Defense. Receivers like Mizzou. Its not gonna be a walk in the park by no means.

I went to the FSU vs Clemson game and Jamies Winston is a grown ass man.  Extremely talented with lots of old school talent at WR.  They play good defense and will be better than you expect.

That being said...FSU has not played anyone with a running attack quite like Auburn and my guess is they will be worn out by the 4th quarter.

Auburn needs to stay close early and stick to the "run the ball down their throat" gameplan.  If that happens, they roll to another title quite comfortably.

I'll say:

Auburn - 38
FSU - 28

They are very talented and they have the best QB in CFB, and they've dominated everyone on their ACC schedule, but I don't think they'll be able to stop our offense. They might slow it down, but it cannot be stopped. Should be a great game can't wait

It should be a shootout. No one, including FSU, can stop Auburn's offense now that they are firing on all cylinders, but Auburn doesn't have the defense to stop FSU's offense either.

Still think Auburn wins a high scoring game.

FSU has the best QB in the NCAA, physical receivers like Mizzou, and a defense that has shut down everyone they have played. This game will all come down to how many stops the defenses can get, and if FSU can figure out the pesky Auburn triple-option.

Earlier I thought FSU was untouchable, but damn that's a weak schedule. That's the one thing that give me hope, they haven't played anyone since Clemson to keep them honest.

Jameis Winston is also the most uneducated, ignorant person to play football (that's saying a LOT). Listen to his interview with Heather Cox after last night's game... The kid is a huge moron. So, at least you don't have to worry about him beating you between the ears.

The most complete team I've seen. That being said, Auburn one thing to Auburn's advantage is that they've seen much better competiton so are battle tested. f$u hasn't been in a close game all season and hasn't seen nearly the caliber of opponents Auburn has seen. I actually like Auburn's chances. Never bet against the SEC in the title game.

Doesn't matter really. A kid that can't read is considered the best defensive player in the country.

The biggest factor in all of this is can Jimbo scheme around Gus's offense in the 40 something days he's given.  No team has had that much time to prepare for the Barn.  If Florida State can't at least slow Abuurn down and force some turnovers, the Barn will win.

Ha - reminds me of Michael Vick, I remember reading how they had to "dumb down" or "simplify" the playbook in Atlanta to make sure that the game wasn't over his head. I wanna say ity was when Dan Reeves was still the coach...

I wonder how long it took for Pruitt to call Saban and ask for his advice on a gameplan.
I think the break helps us more than it does them, it gives our corners and safety's more practice time and they need it BAD.
