3rd in the SEC with wins over UGA and Florida yet his team is bound for the worst Bowl draw due to bad fan support especially traveling.

Surely the guy can see the picture a little more clearly.

Does he leave?    thoughts?

If he gets a good enough offer, he wouldn't be very smart if he didn't move on. It doesn't get much better than right now at Vandy.

With UT, UGA and UF looking to improve the next few years and SC and Mizzou continuing to play well this was Vandy's best hoorah. It's all uphill from here

Until the rape case involving Vandy players and questions about his involvement in the coverup/post knowledge actions are settled he isnt going anywhere. No AD is going to bring him in and risk (even if it a slight chance) that he is going to be looking to replace in again in a few months.

West Va would seem a good fit for him or Southern Miss.

If he doesn't jump ship after next season then he'll be the SEC's version of wake forest's Grobe. Take a small school to unprecedented heights before coming back down to reality. But depending on how UF's season goes next year I could see them bringing in Franklin, especially is he manages to beat the Gators again. He can recruit, motivate his players, and beat UGA...pretty much everything Foley will be looking for in a coach. And they obviously don't mind if their HC throws bitch fits during every game, so they can overlook that.

It depends on the school, and if the school 'fits.' Honestly, I see him staying put for a little while longer.

Anyone know if he's stated a dream job?

Only negative I seen in his three years here at Vandy is this shaft Vandy is getting this season being 8-4 and going to Compass Bowl and the slight shaft we got last season being 8-4 and going to MCB. We got the total shaft this season.

It's because your fanbase sucks and that won't change for a long long long time.

Guys it doesn't and we haven't been given a chance to prove it...we carried 30K plus to Memphis and the same in Nashville last season...hell you give us only 16K for the Chik Fla Bowl and its gone in a day. Screw the Bowls and SEC

I know someone, who knows Franklin personally. He isn't planning on going anywhere right now. This is why I keep laughing at these posts.
