Saban is such a good fit at Bama.I can't think of an active coach who can have this type success.

The players seem to have a great deal of respect for him,even though he's a hardass,that a lot of coaches can't get with his old style type of approach.Keeping egos in check seems to be one of his strong points.

I would expect a fall off when he leaves,like LSU.
