Tennessee's RPI moved up 1 spot after losing to us.
Ole Miss fell to 61. Work to do.

I figured we wouldn't take a big hit. We can't afford any bad losses tho.

Lunardi, who has been the most accurate in recent years I believe, has Tennessee, Missouri, and LSU as the only other SEC teams with a chance.

OM and Arky aren't even being discussed anymore.

Our team is playing the best it has all year. Hoping for a miracle.

I don't think we can get our RPI high enough. We could finish third with Missouri and Tennessee right behind us and not get in whereas they would.

We need to win out.. (which isn't going to happen because we have road games)

And have a good showing in the SEC tourney... (see above).

So... wonder if the NIT will come calling this year. (Sigh)

Is BPI actually used by the selection committee or does ESPN just promote it a lot because it's their own invention?

Its just an ESPN thing. Selection committee should use it considering it goes in depth about each game. It takes into account games where certain players didn't play. That would help with Florida and their game against Wiscy
