The TRUE flood victims are any people who live in AE floodzones in the U.S. ... I almost bought a house in one about a month ago and was told that the mandatory flood insurance was going to be about $300 a month. That's for flood insurance, not counting regular home insurance. Posted Image that.

An issue of location I plan to fix in the coming years. East TN has been a bit to liberal for my taste but as people more there to escape state income taxes it is turning.

Its far from monolithic politically. Mountian folk are a bit different as a breed from the city folk and it depends on the issue. Religious issues are ultra conservative but social issues they lean left alot.
