Heard on CFD the prosecutors are suppose to have a decision within the next two weeks.
This is pretty huge allegations and sounds kinda fishy.. I understand there is a victim but why a year later?

"Whenever I see those crimson jerseys and crimson helmets, I feel humbled to have played football for Alabama. Other players in the NFL talk to me about their schools and their traditions. I just smile knowing the immense love Alabama fans have for our school and its football program. I'm proud to be a part of that Crimson Tide heritage."

Description of the suspect 5'9" to 5'10". Isn't Winston almost 6'5"?

Because people realized FSU might legit go undefeated, and it's unacceptable.

A DNA report connects Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston to the woman who said that he raped her, reports ESPN.com’s Mark Schlabach. According to the report, a Florida state crime lab determined that the chances of the DNA in the woman’s underwear are a match for someone other than Winston was one in 2.2 trillion.

The initial report was filed when it happened a year ago but it was "Inactive".

Sounds like an attempted cover up.

Well he had sex with this woman apparently, but now it comes down to if it were consensual.

I don't think he's guilty at all honestly.

At this point either Jameis Winston raped this girl or this girl is lying about being raped and trying to ruin this kid's life and career. Both are disgusting.
