Listening to the radio on lunch...As things look Florida will be 1 seed in Memphis region, which means week be in Indy, NYC, our LA

Thing is, I don't see things staying the way they look right now; I see UF with another loss or 2... in fact, don't be surprised if you hear of us sacrificing a game to let some of our dinged up starters rest and get healthy for the stretch run.

Pat almost missed yesterday and Kasey is out Saturday too.
Looks like we're being EXTRA careful.

Yep, saw that; Pat was a game-time decision and said he could go. You can see a lot of teams starting to wear down; I read on the 'Cuse forum where Christmas and Fair were both talking about being tired in recent games.

If we have to let a regular season or SECT game go to ensure we're strong for the tourney, I'm all for it... an undefeated SEC season isn't the prize we have our eyes on.

I'm cool with bailing on the tourney but I want that 18-0 mark!

Losing the SEC tourney Champ probably was one of the reasons we won it all in 2012. Probably the best game to lose to prepare for the tourney that matters.

Still though, sweeping the SEC in the reg season is a great feeling.

Saw where Pat Young is talkin Posted Image. Said that BC sucks. Granted it's true, but you don't expect a Billy D player to talk smack. Clearly someone needs to knock them off their pedestal. Their egos are getting too big. That's where we come in. ;)

But if you bail on the SECT, whoever wins the SECT may start saying they won the SEC, making shirts saying "SEC Champions", handing out rings, and Posted Image like that.

What am I saying?  That would never happen. ;)

So many thoughts right now haha.

1- y'all missed your chance
2- talking Posted Image? They are so bad it doesn't even count.
3- Egos are too big? I didn't think UK fans knew that was a thing.
4- Wedding on March 8th. Hope I can see us complete the season sweep.

1. We still have a chance. Probably two, hopefully three.
2. Donovan is such a saint I never expected any of his players to talk any kind of Posted Image.
3. Our egos are there by default. Passed down by generations. We can't help it.
4. After seeing what happens when an auburn type team wants it more imagine what's gonna happen when our players come in wanting it more. Which should be the case considering they were humiliated in their own house.

"We run this ish" ;)

I like how you still think UK will want it more.
Did they not want it more on their own home floor with College Gameday there and the 6th biggest crowd in Rupp history?

we're back in the discussion. But i think we're going to fall just short and end up in the NIT. Gave away too many games early in the conference slate.
Gave away games to Florida, UGA, Tennessee. Two heartbreakers vs. Mizzou.

Realistically should only have two losses in conf, A&M and LSU... if only we could close consistently... Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image
