OM fans not helping; it's deathly quiet in there. The UK fans are actually louder than the OM fans when their respective team scores... embarrassing.

Of course we'd let them back in the game. I feel for ya OM fans. Isn't it a mother :lanekiffin: er when a team that isn't suppose to hit FT shoots 90%.

GG. I had a feeling Summers was gonna have a big game.

Why does Kennedy let all his guards take a terrible look from 3 with thirty seconds left on the shot clock?

I think it's safe to say Henderson did as much as any other OM player to cause them to lose that game.

Now if you're a Henderson Homer and/or didn't watch the game, you'd scream indignantly, "Are you crazy, he scored 18 points!!!".

But it's true; in the first half, when OM needed to keep it close to have any chance, he was downright terrible on offense, and even worse on defense... he was just standing around the whole half.

OM was already down by 20+ and out of the game by the time he started playing ball, and UK had relaxed its coverage of him anyway.

Dykes said it best, commenting on MH in the 2nd half after he hit a 3, "This guy scores more worthless points than any other college player today."; essentially pointing out that a lot of his points and hot shooting come after the game is already lost and opposing defenses have let up some.

Admittedly, he has spurred some comebacks in his time at OM; but he can also be an extremely lazy player, and that doesn't always show up in the stat line... if you didn't watch the game and only read the box score the next morning, you might mistakenly think he did all he could to get the win and just came up short.

Did you see that 3-point brick MH launched in the first half?  Man, he had just gotten the ball past half court and threw up (pun intended) a deep, running 3-point shot from the wing with a man in his face before his teammates had even gotten down under the basket... wasn't even close.

It looked like a buzzer-beater type of shot, except there were still 14-15 minutes left in the half and at least 30 seconds left on the shot clock... even for MH that was a terrible decision.

Methinks FLA is surprising some folks this year.  Their team looks strong and their play should carry them far in the tourney IMO

It's probably the 5th or 6th best roster we've ever had.
In my opinion anyway. Top 10 without a doubt.

If effing Demontre Harris wouldn't have been such a dumbass.... gah

I know Florida fans have a hard time understanding football and basketball existed before 1990, but yep, it did.

We don't win the SEC every year, just the overwhelming majority.

Oh no, we're well aware those things existed before the '90's. We're also aware that nobody in the SEC, except UK, really gave 2 Posted Images about basketball prior to the '90's... basketball success was kind of regarded as a nice consolation prize for team's with a poor football program.

Prior to expansion, the other 9 football-heavy SEC schools kind of treated men's basketball the same way they treat softball today; yeah, they wanted to win, but they weren't going to be too heartbroken if they lost, and weren't going to spend too much time or money trying to create a basketball juggernaut.

Look at it this way; because he came back and is trying to do what's necessary to stay on the team, he'll be an important part of our front-court next year since we're losing Young, Yeguete, and Prather.

What was he doing in the first half? On some offensive possession dude was just standing back watching the game.. it wasn't a case of him standing around on a hot spot looking for a kick out either he was just casually watching like a fan.
"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban

That'd matter if we weren't busy raping everyone nationally too. You guys just had/have the honor of getting it more often.
