I loved our zone last night. I've always thought Cal sucked at coaching zone but it has seemed very effective every time he uses it. The twins are just too much of a defensive liability. Our crazy length is reminiscent of a Cuse type zone. Not as intense but always as effective. Would of been interesting to see what our zone would of done against Florida and if Wilkaben could of gotten into the lane like he did.

Wilbekin is a point guard, Henderson has to guard shooting guards that are regularly 2-3 inches taller than him.

We're not talking about his ability to block shots, here, so his height is irrelevant; we're talking about him merely staying with his man and being a defensive nuisance, which his size should actually give him an advantage, as shorter guards are also typically faster.

But he spends a lot of time just standing around watching the action, and when he does actually try to stay with someone around the perimeter, they frequently lose him in the motion and score or dish an assist.

He's just not committed at that end of the court; I don't think he's incapable at all.

Florida's cheerleaders should be a lot hotter than that. I hope they don't recruit off of just talent. <_<

We're either finally having our midseason letdown game a little late in the season; or the guys are letting the hype get the better of them, and BD is chewing some ass in the locker-room right now.
