There is no worse team in this conference than Alabama.

I don't even see us going .500 in a bad SEC.

Fire Grant.

Kentucky wins @ Vanderbilt 71-62. Next up we travel to Arkansas.

Sorry, we may have inadvertantly made that contest much more interesting... they will probably be looking for vindication after today.

The SEC actually looks better than last year; but I have to agree, it's getting tough to defend Grant anymore.

Big win for MSU, making it 5 straight over OM at home.

Wow losing to State without Henderson does not bother me but losing to them because the refs were horrible...They can't be defended by saying State was more aggressive because every time we drove inside they called a foul.  Some whistles came before fouls were even possible.  State went to the line 30 more times then we did:  MSU 42 FT  OM 12 FT

Plus a terrible flagrant call that changed all momentum after we had a solid 5 point lead after trailing by 11 earlier.  I honestly thought after the replay that it was obvious that is was not a foul at all just a missed dunk attempt.

Bring back Nolan Richardson

i do miss nolan, but this world already has enough minorities that label every form of criticism as racism. he can just enjoy his retirement and stay in the stands.

I know he's a complete kook, but I enjoyed watching his Arkansas teams

It was great viewing for a neutral

Ray already beat his record from last season. Future lookin bright for State. Really impressive considering what Stansbury left him with.
Needs to focus more on recruiting tho. About the only thing Stansbury was good at

WTF happened to the Vols at home? They were dominating that game; I quit paying attention once UT went up by 14.

At this point I've stopped being surprised at whatever happens to Counzo Martin coached teams. Not his fault tho. UT AD hired a guy who's never even been to the tourney as a HC. It's an embarrassing hire honestly.

As usual I'm sure UT will find away to upset Florida. ;)

Yep, it's the craziest thing, but we always get caught sleepwalking against them... maybe our players watch these UT games too and always underestimate them.

Hard to believe they surrendered a 14-point lead in their own house with 18,000 in attendance... I mean TAMU has lost to such juggernauts as Missouri State, SMU, and North Texas after all.

Who's complaining?  Surely not Wildcat and Gator fans. Rarely can we agree on anything, but I think both fan bases would love nothing more than to see Knoxville turn into a complete dumpster fire.

Ha, well UK fans are somewhat lucky to have Florida in this conference. I couldn't imagine how much it would suck if UK was the only consistent bright spot in SEC basketball. What game would we actually get up for?
Hopefully SECats misses this post. Lol
