I'm headed to Jackson for six weeks for work and I'd like to catch an SEC game while I'm there because I have never been to either MS stadium nor have the guys Im taking with me.
Which stadium will give us a better game day atmosphere, just be more fun in general?

........ I will bet you a hundred bucks that it's filled come gameday. We've had 27 straight home sell outs. This is what you get listening to someone who doesn't have a clue about what they are talking about.

Herbie said our place was rocking last sat night. I bet he never said that about your place.
Am I gonna have to make another $100 bet?

It was wild even the one time I sat in the nosebleeds.
Oxford allegedly has a better pregame and postgame, though it was crap the 2 times I went.
I would pick Starkville every single time unless it was a night game vs LSU or some other power that OM thinks is a rival.
Then I would pick Oxford.
This is coming from someone who has been to each stadium twice in the last 10 years. Two noon games for OM, one noon game and one night game at MSU.

State fans always talk about sellouts but never mention stadium size. We put more fans in the seat
Both are about the same when it comes to the game. State gives you a headache with those annoying ass bell. Seats are better at ole miss. Dws sits too far back off the field
