GAINESVILLE, Fla. – If there was a repellent to buy for the injury bug, Gators coach Will Muschamp would stock up.
Muschamp announced Monday that sophomore running back Matt Jones, who is averaging a team-high 67.8 yards per game, is out for the year with a knee injury.

It's tough but Mac Brown has proven to be every bit as effective IMO. Taylor had some good touches last week too.
No doubt this makes us thinner on the depth chart at RB but we will be fine barring any more injuries of course.

What a season it's been though. Starting QB and number 1 RB and your all american future NFL starting DLineman Easley go down and we are still playing tough and in contention for the east.
