OK, so for anyone who missed the thread last week here's how it goes:

-predict the top 15 of the final BCS standings

-accurately predict the #1 or #2 team is worth 10 points

-one spot off with those(predict a team to finish #1 and they finish #2 or vice versa) is worth 7 points

-each prediction only one spot off is worth 5 points(so if you pick a team to finish 4th and they finish 3rd or 5th you get 5 points)

-2 spots off worth 4 points, 3 spots off worth 3 points , 4 spots off worth 2 points , 5 spots off worth 1 point

Any posts edited or entered after kickoff of the SC/unc game are automatically disqualified. Also, can we get a mod to sticky this thread at least until Thurs.?

This is going to turn into a trash talk thread based on OPs prediction..

However, I will play along (because I am bored at work and Reddit sucks with nothing but Miley Cyrus shit today)..

Question before hand, @cocky4ever, by final BCS rankings, you mean AFTER the BCSNCG correct?

Right...after every game is over. Because of that it made me hesitant to put a 3rd big 10 team in there, you know, with their shitty bowl record and all. But I expect nebrasska to be right around that mark somewhere.

Probably my biggest surprise is texas. They get 9 starters back on defense, and should be closer to 2011 unit than the 2012 edition. Plus they'll have great RB's...so I see that as helping them to be really successful against the big 12 teams. And their schedule is pretty favorable with most of their tougher opponents at home, and an easy first month to get settled in.

or better yet, instead of dealing with it how about you make your predictions and we'll see who has more points when the curtains close on the 13-14 season

The BCS doesn't have rankings after the bowls games.

The final BCS rankings are what determine all the BCS bowls.
After that it's only the AP and Coach's Polls.

Well, this changes everything(and makes me feel like a dumbass). So I guess we should all agree on which one we'll use. I say go with AP.

Yes, I am on record predicting that UF and Vandy have the same record with UF winning the head-to-head and finishing higher in the SEC East going into bowl season. However, that will put them (Vandy) in an easier bowl and more chance for victory.
