"Manziel was supposed to participate in the “Air It Out” competition along with other top collegiate passers Saturday evening. He didn’t. Camp officials told local media that Manziel “is sick” and was no longer at the camp. But our source claims he was kicked out at the behest of Manning paterfamilias Archie."

I might add that at this point zero national sports news services are reporting on this which makes me wonder if he was actually sick or if he was hungover.

Either way, I don't give a shit. Doesn't matter.

When Archie Manning says "go home Johnny, you're drunk", it's time to re-evaluate your life.

I don't know.....I bet he's probably enjoying life a good bit right now.

Yeah, I know how I was at that age and sit squarely in the middle of the proverbial glass house.  However, he's got a lot more riding on his good behavior than I did.  These kind of antics can have an impact on your leadership. There are very few athletes that can rise above a party habit to play well week-in and week-out.  If he drags a few of his team mates along for the ride, it may cost TAM the one or two games they need to win it all.

Yeah, but I don't think he just started doing what he's doing this year....it's just that now all of a sudden there's a spotlight on him so everyone is seeing it. He did pretty good last year, so I'll wait and see how he does this season before trashing the kid about how he can't control himself.

He just turned 21 in December and now that he's "legal," it could be too easy to party and too hard to stop.  He's coming off as a kid that likes to party maybe a little too much for what he's got ahead of him.

Is it too late for me to predict the biggest sophomore slump in recent memory?
Yes, because I did it awhile back.

And had he not won it, he'd still be Posted Imageing up. It's not like he was a saint and the Heisman turned him into an asshole. He's a typical douchebag. Had he never made it to A&M he'd still be a douchebag.
