could you imagine if Tebow took this time and worked on being a half back? A guy that can run, pass and catch the ball for the Pats? He could get on the field, be a productive member of the team and create a buzz to keep him marketable.

He's too slow to play halfback. Everyone assumes guys who can run would automatically be a good there, and he might not be that good of a catcher. He's been a QB since he was 5 so I doubt if he has the mechanics for qb he could get that down by the time he's in his 30's.

Well he will never contribute again as an NFL QB so getting paid to hold a clip board and wave his arms from the side line it is.

Yeah, pretty much this.

While I don't like how the media jumps all over and meticulously dissects anything Tebow related, I do like him. There isn't really anything about him to not like. With that being said I get tired of the "no one will give him a chance" talk. He could be productive in other roles. His refusal to play other spots is keeping him off the field much more than any GM or head coach. Now, that's his decision to make so if he doesn't want to play any other role then fine....like I said though I get tired of hearing about how he's some kind of victim.

Im certainly not a Tebow fan.  But Tebow got just as far as Manning in the playoffs...on the same team...just sayin.

Well on the bright side. Jacksonville will probably Take Tajh Boyd or Teddy Bridgewater in next years draft.

Be smarter to take Aaron Murray

I would hope that people are smarter than that. But then i snapped out of it. I think it will be the dumbest move ever for fans to hop on that "take Brady out for Tebow" trainl.

Brady doesnt let anyone take snaps, not even in practice hardly. And he does not come out of game very often at all. In 3 years ive seen Mallet play three times in reg season.

Tebow was already a starting QB on an NFL team that won a playoff game.

I don't understand how people can say that "he will never see the field as a QB, ever."

Oh,  I have no idea.
I just think it's ridiculous when people say he can't do something...that he's already done ...

True. I just dont see why the Pats want him. They have Brady and Mallet who is a pretty good QB behind him. Unless they plan on putting him in another spot. Heard someone that Billy B is a fan of Tebow which is hard to imagine because he does strike me as the type to like any player. Hints he let Wes Welker go
