"Was told in home went very good..... Thats all I got. This would be a hell of a closing job by Billy and staff."

"[Borzello] was also the first major analyst to call [Robinson] to Florida when IU was the trendy pick."

Borzello-

It's weird. Everyone seems to be in the dark. Kid is playing it very close to the vest. Family was going through the pros and cons this evening when I last checked.

I had thought Duke for the longest, but a decision not being made yet makes me think otherwise. Could be wrong, though, obviously. If Florida and Duke are in the dark, I don't think I'm ahead of them.

What a relief!

I'm actually amazed. He was IU's No.1 priority.

I knew it was over yesterday when IU accepted the commitment of another PF, Hoetzel.

Guys.....but seriously...Chiozza, Francis, Robinson, Looney.......could Rival the 04's no?

Recruiting-wise, it already tops that class. No way to know yet if they'll develop the same way, but Brewer was really the only superstar and AA of that '04 class.

Brewer (#31), Horford (#36), and Noah (#75) were Top 100 too, but Robinson (#20), Francis (#26), and Chiozza (#38) are already more highly regarded.

I used Rivals rankings above because 24/7 wasn't around in 2004 to use as a comparison; but 24/7 has our 2014 guys even more highly ranked than Rivals, Francis (#19), Chiozza (#28), and Robinson (#29).

Can you believe that the 04's were a decade ago?

There are just a surprising number of elite recruits we need this year who aren't looking for handouts I guess.

It's a strong high class in general. Donovan is leaving Cal in the dust on the recruiting trail. Kind of nerve racking considering our success solely depends on recruiting.

Strong class in general, but we rarely have a shot at Top10 players for several reasons.
I'd be surprised if you were genuinely worried.

This is what you signed up for.
If Cal misses on a guy, he will struggle by UK standards.
If he gets everyone he wants, you win a title.

Oh we'll have the numbers but the quality won't be the norm. It's looking more like last year's class seeing as how we'll probably only have 1 top 10 recruit. It even appears Duke will have the #1 class

I'm always amazed that anyone would ever want to play at Duke.
K looks like a vampire,
At least Jordan played at UNC.

The 24/7 Duke Insider just predicted UF a little while ago... hope he and the other 6 recent predictors are right.
