They could be done with book 5 by the end of next season. Books 4 and 5 have a ton of filler. I think they will condense/combine some storylines (looking at you, greyjoys). That would leave them 3 seasons to do books 6-8 (yes I think there will be an eighth book).
I don't think they'll move quite that quickly.
There's a TON of source material from books 4 and 5 and we're not even through everything in book 3 yet. This season will finish with mostly the 2nd half of book 3 with some sprinklings of 4 and 5 in there.

although,
Spoiler
.

that said, the showrunners have already shown they don't care to move ahead in certain areas where the books have not yet.

I can see it already, season 5 and season 6 basically just having Dany
Spoiler
To my knowledge, that is what she does in ADwD anyway.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The scene at the trial was pretty epic, and outstanding acting on his part.
Next week is about to get Posted Imagein real.

From seeing the huge Warrior of Bravos statue in the preview trailers/opening credit, I was worried they were going to rush to

Glad it was just seaworth and Stannis meeting with the Iron Bank.

FYI (book spoiler)

won't happen for three weeks. Won't happen in next episode, and no memorial day episode. (Find this out by looking at episode titles)

Also, I'm about to rush ahead in the books. Just hoping that the show will remain great with me still knowing what will happen

I've read the books 3 times and the show is still amazing. The showrunners have done an absolutely awesome job of changing things around just enough so you don't know exactly what to expect, without straying TOO far from the books.

I know that the end of SOS gets crazy, and I don't feel like waiting forever for the show, ha. I'm not the most patient.
But yeah, I've heard the same thing from pretty much all the book-readers I know. So I'm not too worried about disliking the show

I was floored by peter dinklage's performance. This was the transformative moment I was waiting for with his character and peter nailed it.

Just his face when
Spoiler
was great. His transformation from going along with Tywin's plan to just saying "Posted Image it" was marvelous. And that last moment, "I demand a trial by combat" with all the closeups, and Rains of Castamere in the background.
