I just think its funny that state was overrated at preseason #5. Just like football they come shooting back down to earth once they lose a couple games.

You should definitely know overrated when you see it. Being our 3 scholarship basketball team beat you guys. You guys are as overrated as it gets.

You conveniently omit the fact that every single SEC score is kept up at the ball park.  Whether or not the fans cheer or not is another story.  But don't make it out like the only score they did was the OM/Arky game.

They actually threw at and hit Wes Rea... Yet, instead of whining like a baby-back bitch he just laid down the bat, smiled and "ran" to first.

Obsessed is State announcing OM loses to Ark and the stadium errupts in cheer.  OM doesn't even announce the State score at games.  Because guess what....it does not matter.

so, you are saying the only thing that causes a unified fan response is the mere announcing of a score via the game announcer?  when scores are flashed with no auditory prompt, there are never fan responses?  just to be clear, is this in fact what your are suggesting?  surely, you are more experienced than that...

the rhodes scholar is waiting......

They put about 15 scores at once on the board. For all of about 5 seconds. Too overwhelming. And we are way to drunk to process that much info that fast. Im not even sure they do it every game. I see it maybe once a weekend

its sad the biggest thing you took away from a baseball game is that the fans "erupted" when the the final score of a hated sec rival match-up were announced....and one that featured the other conference games as well...(which im sure the term "erupted" a pure embodiment of what actually took place....surely there were men chest bumping and bro-grabbing, women collapsing on their knees in thankful exuberance, and children crying in elation all while cohen impregnated his legions of willing females as a celebration of the saturday loss of THUYYYY uni'versity of Mi'sippi in hopes that the juggernaut that is ole miss baseball will one day come crashing down to a level that is comprehensible for us mere mortals.....)

ole miss fans only seek external validation....it means more than anything to the om fans......its quite pitiful.  well, congratulations, i guess yall have found a way to validate yourselves even in a loss....you rivals cheered when your loss was annnounced...........lets all just pause at reflect on how utterly inconceivable the thought of that is.
