Now, onto another matter regarding "As the Nkemdiches Fight":

@Benny is the only sure-fire lawyer up in hur. My major deals with the law, but not the fine points as Benny's former major did.

I see a great deal of reasonable doubt in this case. It should be obvious that the Georgian in question didn't see who hit him, but if no one else did, this case will be immediately dismissed, based on reasonable doubt.

I can also guarantee that one side will lie/have a witness that lies.

On another gotdamned note: :lanekiffin: THE GODDAMNED STATE OF GEORGIA. ( @JoeGator ) I was beginning to hate that state after recruiting last year, but now it is on par with how I feel about Baton Rouge and the entire state of Louisiana Hell.

@bluelightstar also went/goes to law school. I've quit pursuing that so bls can probably help you out more.

Reasonable doubt has no place in civil matters.

Edit: I see JDawg covered that. I too almost took a brief slide into law school. Luckily I wised up before it was too late.

He's said it so much that I don't even realize when he's said it anymore for the most part.

For a school that produces a ton of lawyers, these OM fans don't really seem to have a clear grasp on what's going on here.

This is not a murder trial. Reasonable doubt has not place here.

It's an easy mistake to make. Think about it like this: it's why OJ Simpson was acquitted of murder then found liable in the civil trial.

Just because we produce lawyers doesn't mean that every fan has to have an inane understanding of the court system.

There's no such thing as "reasonable doubt" in a civil case, bruh. The plaintiff only needs to persuade 51% of the jurors in order to win the case.
Thus proving that it was a good idea on my part not to go to law school.

@1dawgfan09: Clearly we should all have a pin-point knowledge of all things in the judicial system, amirite??? (As I prefaced in my post, about fine points of the law)  /s
