Cal is a good coach. Trouble has followed him but nothing stuck to him. Fair enough both ways. Time to move on to see how ky ends up. Till then he will continue the one and dones which looking at last year works for him. One and done rule is not his fault and nothing wrong with him pursuing those players. I do believe the one and done rule is what is wrong with college basketball but that is just my opinion.

PT is right this is about Ole Miss and I apologize for going into thoughts on Cal.  I just get tired of drivebys who throw out stuff about him that speak it without truly knowing.

Now to Ole Miss.  I have been part of the Ole Miss family since 2004.  My son graduated in 2009. I would encourage parents to send their kids to Ole Miss before even my alma mater UK.  Ole Miss truly cares about their students.  It is all about students.  They are for you in and outside the classroom 24-7. They do everything possible to get you that degree.

I like Andy Kennedy.  He has his warts like we all do.  If he hadn't had the injuries, he'd be in the tournament period.  I hope they don't get rid of him.  If the decision is made to replace him, I hope they go after a Coach White type coach...up and comer (luxury of him being a UM grad), who understands and knows the challenges of winning there.  AK knows those challenges and, I think he has done a great job of building the "entire program."

Again, I apologize for responding to drivby comments about Cal.

I like Pearl and wouldn't hesitate to hire him.I'm sure the guy has learned his lesson.

They'd be crazy not to go after Pearl. I could care less about the NCAA and actually find in humerus that he lied to them. After all they have their own internal investigation to look at. If he hadn't of lied they would of only given UT some minor infractions, but now OM has a chance to cash in. He can recruit which is the most important aspect of this game. Doing it at OM on the other hand is much harder than doing it at UT
