We are measuring athletes length now? My lady friends always told me girth was the better attribute.

You've got to hold on to a woman that spares your feelings.....
If Ole Miss wins this season's Egg Bowl, I will change my username to FreezeownsMullen for the duration of one complete year. And I will also add a picture of the Ole Most players celebrating in DWS.

When State wins, Rebelfan4life must rename himself MSUownsOM for the duration of one complete year.

its not like he was looking over his shoulder at teo', but there is usually a trade-off between height and speed and dude is 6'2".  i say late first round or early second.  we got a decent shot to make it 3 first rounders in a row and it also has to mesh with team needs.

a quick search on the internet showed that dee milliner had a "poor showing" on speed drills during the combine.....and how that poor showing wont affect his draft status.  in the end, its gonna be a judgment call based on need.  hes still being reported in the top 32 prospects, so lets not get too crazy.

FWIW I still think banks goes first round. One bad showing doesn't negate a body of solid work.

IMO he won't go first round because this is one of the deepest CB classes in a while.  There is a lot of good talent out there that all have Mid First-Late Second round grades.

also, notice the disparity between his two times.....4.61 as his high and 4.68 as his second.....you only get two shots at it and one was a full .07 quicker than the other.  im sure hes capable of 4.58 or 4.59, but the disparity between the two tells me that he is not a great 40 sprinter.  had they both been remotely close, i would feel differently, but thats a huge gap.

Technique alone can get him a 4.5 from where he is now.

Jamie collins ran a 4.6 and hes a 250 lb de/lb. but we all knew Banks was slow. He is just good enough to combat that with bumping and close coverage

You won't have close coverage if your slow.

You can if you jam them at the line and dont let them reach top speed. Aint no way Banks can cover some of those 4.3 guys without jamming them

True. Only the Deion Sanders of the world don't have that problem. It's one of the reasons Banks is a top DB because he CAN get his hands on just about any WR in press.
