Ill start a new one for 2014 since thats officially what it is. Never too early to get excited about the recruiting of this staff.

Arkansas commitment and quarterback Rafe Peavey and his father will visit Arkansas Saturday morning.
Peavey, 6-2,197, 4,5 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Bolivar, Missouri will meet with Coach Bret Bielema, offensive coordinator Jim Chaney and others on the Hogs staff. This will be the first time Peavey has been able to meet the coaches in-person.
He pledged to the Razorback last summer over scholarship offers from Missouri, Nebraska, UCLA, Boston College, Ole Miss, West Virginia and others.
Cornerback Terrence Alexander, 5-10, 176, 4.4 of John Curtis Christian in River Ridge, La. said he talks to

Arkansas receivers coach Michael Smith every other week. He said the Hogs are very interested.
Alexander reports 11 offers but is hoping for one from Arkansas.

Arkansas will host small groups of junior prospects instead of large groups in the coming months. That fits what Coach Bret Bielema did at Wisconsin.

5 as of now. In the past, especially under Nutt, we would have about 17-20 by now. But half, at least, would be Arkansas kids with less than impressive offer sheets. This staff is taking a different approach to recruiting. They did an outstanding job last year in a very short amount of time, so I'm going to trust them.

They're just now wrapping or about to start some camps and visits, so I expect we'll see several more before the season starts.

Losing all of your SEC games this year is going to affect recruiting.  How, is sort of a mystery.  Some will want to go to Fayetteville because they know immediate playing time is a possibility.  Others will not want to go to a losing team.  We'll see.

Big recruiting weekend on the Hill this week. Probably one of the bigger we've ever had.

jacobp-
You can't just delete someone's post because you disagree with it or, in your warped opinion and even more frayed judgement, perceive it to be less than ingenious in discussing the topic at hand.  You should be disciplined and eliminated as a moderator because you are misusing your powers and making the site far less desirable.

Lol.

Yeah, our recruiting sux. If the new staff wants to do it differently I say go for it. What have we got to lose? Another top 30 class? Really excited about 2015 though.

I love Arkansas, but your program sucks and your new coach is not going to help, IMO.

Bobby P was a great coach for Arkansas; you should have slapped his wrist and kept him.  You would be riding high right now.
Do you think Alabama would fire Saban for scoring a little tail?  No way, Jose.

How many do you all think AR will have committed by the start of the season?  I'm hoping for 10.  Maybe add 7-10 throughout the season.  Then pick up the rest after the season.  What do we still need?  WRs and DBs?  LBs?
