Down to its final strike, Georgia Southern (3-1) tied the game on a two-out RBI single by senior T.D. Davis (3-for-5, three runs) in the ninth inning and then used a bases-loaded walk in the 12th by freshman Cole Watson to post an 8-7 victory over No. 13 Florida (3-2) on Wednesday night at McKethan Stadium.
