The NCAA has lost it's teeth, no doubt.  They certainly considered Miami's self-imposed post season ban over the last two years as time served.  3 schollys for 3 years.....meh.  The biggest liability for them is the 3 year probation.  One slip up and they're toast......oh wait, this is the new NCAA.

  That wasn't the first time.   I know a man that paid a witness $50k to testify in an NCAA case.  Also, in that same case, another witness testified to reduce NCAA charges against their school.
