The Miami fans also said we paid Alex Collins or his coach to get him to Arkansas.  I'm not stupid enough to think that shady business doesn't happen at my school, but I got a kick out of the Miami fans accusing someone of cheating.

May the bridges I burn light the way.

If the NCAA really tries to hammer Miami they have to sue don't they?   Sure they're guilty but the NCAA broke rules in their investigation.  Plausible deniability is no longer an excuse for schools but Emmert's trying to skate by on that same concept.   May not help at all but might as well bring some other deserving folks down with you.

I'd imagine Miami will fight this thing hard.

May the bridges I burn light the way.

Give the program the death penalty.
Miami, in turn, should give the NCAA the death penalty as well.

" (Dakota) Prescott completed 58.4 percent of his passes in 2013, 11th among the 13 SEC quarterbacks with enough attempts to qualify. He threw 10 touchdowns to seven interceptions, a TD-to-INT ratio more on par with Arkansas' Brandon Allen (13-10) than Manziel. "  -Hugh Kellenburger

We should all give the NCAA the death penalty.  It long ago outlived it's usefulness...

Yeah, but that implies it actually had a use at one time...

Well, as I understand it, the original intent and role was to develop and govern on field rules and promote athlete safety, which are actual good things.  Once they branched out beyond that was when things went south...

Still trying to understand why Coach Cal had to vacate wins because Marcus Camby took money and the NCAA said that Cal knew nothing about it, but Corey Maggette took money and Coach K knew and he had to vacate squat.
