The only one I can see them seriously jacking up is Manziel, but really the only offensive players to me, that deserve a 92 or higher are Manziel Murray and McCarron

Like I said they always jack up the most hyped up players, especially from the SEC... history doesn't lie. All of these will be OVER except maybe Ndmmekmreie.

I agree EA typically does that but in 13' they seem to really lower the general ratings of players somewhat strange.

Johnny Manziel as a 95 OVR sounds about right 89 speed 93 agility 94 Acceleration
That seems about right

If Jadeveon Clowney isn't the highest rated player in the game I probably won't buy. He should be a 99 OVR since the NCAA series hasn't had a player rated that as far as I remember.

@THE_KRIEG You mean the ratings scale for Freshman should drop since you say Robert Nkemdiche should be a 81 OVR?

Matt Leinart was 99 in NCAA 06. I think Tim Tebow was a 99 in NCAA 10.
