Do yourself a favor... try Publix's pastrami on sour dough with banana peppers and provolone cheese .... it's the best of the best.

which which makes the best sub. Unless you've had them, you don't know what you are missing.

They're delicious. Yesterday I had a jerk turkey with three pepper cheese sub on white bread... pretty certain I started rubbing my nipples halfway through eating it.

Harris Teeter has decent subs at lunch time. $3.50 can't really beat em.

As far as quality goes, I really like our Penn Station.

Followed by Jersey Mikes.

And years ago, Blimpie was the shit. Then every franchise was bought out by Indians and it turned to shit.

Still hasn't been one place to replicate the awesomeness of those sweet peppers.

Now that you mention it, every Blimpie's I've ever been to has been run by Indians. Haha

Horseshit. I've had 'em all. Blimpie, Subway, Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, Which Which, Quizno's, Firehouse, Publix... you name it, I've had it. Jimmy John's bakes their own bread and slices their own meats, cheeses and vegetables. Their bread is better than ANYONE else out there (their whole wheat is tits, too). Yeah, it's cheap, that doesn't mean it's not awesome. It doesn't cost that much to make a sandwich.

Baldino's has the best bread ever.

we have them here in Augusta Ga and they are ok at best. For some reason every sub from them has to have salome on it.

I wouldn't really call publix "subs" subs.  They're really more like sandwiches.  Delicious though.  Often get themas a tailgating supplement.

Also their fried chicken is tasty.
