His power is outrageous. Just outrageous.

You know, now that I think about it, I'm reminded of a homer I saw him hit out in Arizona that made SportsCenter, and I remember thinking it was the longest HR I'd ever seen, I think they measured that one at like 457 feet. That ball was hammered into the concourse in left center field out there in ... whatever it is they call the stadium in Arizona. He's got to be one of the most powerful hitters in baseball.

I have not been active in this thread much at all, but when the season rolls around I will be here. I watched every single braves game for the last 3 years and I dont plan to end it this year, not long until opening day, cant believe it.

This will be the most powerful Braves' lineup since 03 with Sheff, Chipper, Andruw and Javy.

Wonder how close we get to 200 team home runs? Right now, J-Up is looking like he could catch 30+ without a whole lot of trouble....Heyward and Freeman could be 25+ without trouble. BJ is probably good for 20 himself. The 3B platoon of Juan Johnson probably hits 20+. It'll come down to Mac and Uggla but man, this lineup is potent.

I mean, we could have 7 of the 8 position spots on the field have 20+ HR production. That's ridiculous.

I think Joe and Chip were talking about one of the managers of the other clubs we were facing in ST a few days ago, saying they remarked "Jeez, is there anybody in their organization who can't hit it out of the park??"

If healthy, the Atlanta Braves will lead the NL in home runs this year. I don't think there's really any room to debate the issue. I'd say we'll lead all of baseball, but Trout, Pujols, Hamilton, Trumbo, etc. might take offense to that.

The rest of the NL, y'all can suck our offense's dick!

I kept failing a math test at the University of Alabama because every time I added 5+3 I got 8 and they kept insisting that the right answer was 14.
