I gave it up since moving back up here, and while it would be nice to watch some of the games from home, I won't buy again until they upgrade it. It's the worst online feed in the SEC

Tied at 1 with USM in bottom of the 5th. Golden Eagles squandered a great scoring opportunity in the top half of the inning. At the corners, no outs...couldn't bring 'em in.

Now we have the bases loaded and no outs.

5 of your 6 runs are unearned.  Can't play defense like that on the road and expect to win.

I don't know what happened (can't watch, following on GameTracker) but we apparently just scored five unearned runs thanks to two costly USM errors. Now it's opened up to a 6-1 Bama lead.

Yeah, seemed more like a defensive implosion than us doing anything special. Hopefully we hold on. No way we beat you guys in Hattiesburg later in the year once your team is more developed. We've caught you at a succeptible time.

True.  Our fielding was atrocious last year and those two errors send back some bad juju.  Odd part about it is that it was on 2 outfielders...the two most talented guys on the team.  Robbins is a shoe in first rounder next year and his got the thing rolling

That worries me. We should have won by a more comfortable margin than that. We were being outhit 6-4 last time I looked, which was like the bottom of the eighth.

It was a strange pitching staff. We are used to seeing some speed with Portland, but these guys were offspeed and really had no velocity. We swung in front of everything and when we did make good contact the 20mph wind blew the ball all over the place.
