I'm not going to call this a conspiracy or claim some sort of collusion between the TPD and UA to lessen the charges. But I do think the charges should be 1st degree robbery instead of 2nd.

I can assure you that once the player has been caught so red handed that they are forced to arrest them their "Alabama football player status" is no longer effective, especially since they won't be on the team much longer.

My mom's best friend has represented a bunch of their players including Jimmy Johns and she said that getting him only one year in jail was the hardest thing she's ever done.

They'll be kicked off the team, unless one or two can prove they didn't have anything to do with the robberies. Standing by idle should get them kicked off as well anyway.

All the other conspiracy stuff, really can care less to even discuss. When it's assault, you don't cover that up. It's serious, in this case very serious since it was robbery and not some bar fight.

They could have killed this kid,for all they know he could have been dead when they left him.This isn't a team deal,this was a failed murder and robbery.If any one of us or our families were the victims we most likely would want these guys to get the utmost punishment.If they walk,then I hope those that let them are their next victims.
