Victoria Justice.

You should be thankful. I drug out the reveal of the name of the previous girl I had for a while (Lights Poxleitner was her name, btw).

Excuse me, I didn't realize we had a law scholar here. By all means, troll on counselor.

I have a simple request:

1. Tell us exactly what happened. Details, please.
2. Tell us what should have been done.
We didn't call ESPN and tell them.

According to a Tuscaloosa Police news release, Williams was arrested after an early morning incident at a BP gas station on University Boulevard. A BP clerk told police that Williams was "acting erratic and "threatening that he had something in the trunk of his vehicle" after he disputed paying for gas.
Officers later located Williams, riding in a 2007 Honda Accord, at the corner of 2nd Ave. and University. Officers frisked Williams and found a pistol, which he did not have a proper license to own, in his pants pocket.
Williams was booked and released on $500 bond.
Williams, a former five-star recruit from Panama City, Fla., did not play in 2012. He began his Alabama career as a wide receiver.

Why wasn't he charged with more than what he got... he was threatening somebody with a damn gun.over whether or not he should pay for his gas. Thanks to the Tuscaloosa PD this thug piece of shit was able to walk away the next day on a mere $500 bond and help beat the shit out of two students and rob them.
He should have charged Williams with what, making a vaguely threatening statement?  I suppose that could be considered menacing, though it would be a stretch.  And even then--since he was not holding the gun when he made the threat, it's just a misdemeanor, and he's still back on the street in no time.

20/20 Hindsight.  Yes, if the police had held Williams longer, he would not have committed the two robberies.  Damn them for their lack of clairvoyance.

So that's your reasoning for imposing a harsher sentence? Because he made a verbal threat?

That incident above would have 100% been swept under the rug entirely if not for the robbery outbreak. He wouldn't have missed a down of playing time.

Using conjecture to make a point isn't very convincing.

Yeah, most of them.  I just wanted to point out the obvious of where he's going wrong on all of this.

Explain to me how something that is public record could be 100 percent swept under the rug. You are imo, 100 percent fos.

Public record, but good luck getting any local press in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to publish anything about it.
