Of the two schedules, we share 3 common opponents on common ground. We both play South Carolina and A&M at home and go to Ole Miss.

How are you going to argue anything that Mizzou was better than Ark when we have to GO TO UF, BAMA and LSU and have a 5 game stretch of @ Rutgers, A&M, @UF, USC, @BAMA? So, if we finish, 5-7 or 6-6 and Mizzou finishes 7-5 are you going to say you are better?

oh right, bc being a nationally dominant program at THREE different sports isnt cool or anything. We also have a NC in football and I am not about to defend it against a school that hasn't been relevant in anything since the sixties.

-you havent won a conference championship in football since 1969.
-youve never been to the final four. weve been 6 times with two NC appearances.
-1964 was the last time missouri went to the CWS. arkansas baseball has been seven times since then.

arkansas isnt a blue blood when it comes to national championships, but missouri can get off our jock. weve had success at sports. missouri hasnt.

yeah but my point remains:

were better at sports than you. were an all-time better athletic program than mizzou, ESPECIALLY if you look at the last 50-60 years.

You're playing off of bs and you know it.  The Hogs were undefeated and Bama was not, that is our championship so much that the Associated Press knew how ed of a system it was so they changed it the very next year.  Hogs were the National Champions in 64, no one would give a shit if a Mizzou fan recognized it or not.

It's cute that you should address our basketball supremacy and short change it b/c it was 20 years ago considering 13 of those 15 Mizzou football conference championships were from 1893-1945.  So from 1946-2012 you have two conference championships.  Don't hurt your elbow patting your shit stained back.

As far as your remark about making it SEVERAL times in baseball and not winning it, all I can say is that a coaches job is to put his team in position to be great and while we haven't answered the call we've been there many times post Adolf Hitler.  How are all livin' in baseball the past, oh let's say 55 years?

yep, thats the point. the legitimacy of their 'two' national championships really cant be argued, and they havent had any real success in anything in 50 years.

When the world stops for the Olympics every 4 years. The WHOLE WORLD competes in "just Track and Field" and the collection of the sports are the second most followed sports behind soccer.

As a 1600 and 3200 m runner that ran for the great coach McDonald, my fan fare in T&F is a little greater than most.

Also, Ark was leading the Indoors National Championships after day 1, still waiting on day two results. If the win, it will be the first since Coach McDonald left. And our 20th Indoor title in the last 29 years.

Lol well I have to admit you guys are a lot more passionate than those limp dick jayhawks on our other border... And I have no problem admitting that for the majority of history Arkansas has been better in baseball basketball and most other minor sports...  As far as the here and now though, outside of baseball and the minor sports I don't see you guys as being any better than us.  We will get a good grasp of football after we start playing each other in 2014, but I think it'll be pretty even, and basketball will probably see a split series for awhile since we can't win away from our own courts... but if it develops this should be a pretty good rivalry in most sports, plenty of passion on both sides obviously by the amount of threads and posts made in the past few days on this site alone.
