Bama is the worst at making it easy for other teams' fans to like us.

Congrats Mizzou, you're not worst at everything!

actually, MSU brings the least, although I think they are ok at that one sport no one gives a shit about, not the best but decent...whats that sport again? base something? who gives a :lanekiffin:, they don't even bring tv markets, ole miss could handle that. so no mizzou I think you're tied at worst with msu.

Nice to see you're still a whiny, socially awkward little girl. We may be decent in the sport that nobody cares about here, but I am willing to beat that we've beaten the living dog shit out of Auburn in 2/3 major sports in this conference.  We bring in a shit ton more revenue in Baseball and Basketball than you do. We have repped the SEC in Omaha as well as the final four, maybe not that often on the last one, but yeah, we've been there. Damn, I'll bet OM has given us more probs in the other two sports than you have.....
If Ole Miss wins this season's Egg Bowl, I will change my username to FreezeownsMullen for the duration of one complete year. And I will also add a picture of the Ole Most players celebrating in DWS.

When State wins, Rebelfan4life must rename himself MSUownsOM for the duration of one complete year.

Every team in this conference, brings something to the table. When you look at every team, you can find attributes. I'm having a hard time finding ANYTHING that y'all bring to the table.

Football team: blows
Recruiting: non existent
Basketball team: severe under achieves
Baseball team: remains to be seen but I doubt you'll be good at that either
Academics: well you're not Vanderbilt but you're not Tennessee either.

So tell me again, why we invited y'all here?

damn...just kick em in the junk next time.

I think atm surprised all of us. Beat Bama at their own place then came to Rupp a few monthes later and beat us...wtf

I thought Mizzou would end up succeeding more than atm but it looks like they'll be good in football for awhile.

mizzou is a fine institution....they just didnt realize what they signed up for.  if vandy can build a competitive team, so can mizzou.  give em some time....they will improve their lot. those sec checks are gonna turn things around eventually.

They would be making more money in the Big 12 with the current TV deals, and they would control their third tier rights, so they could make a Missouri Sports Network. I know the SEC should renegotiate soon with CBS since A&M and Missouri joined. A&M can help the SEC get more money, Missouri will have to be sold on tv market to pull their weight.

Big 12:

13 years, $1.4 billion, ABC/ESPN (through 2025)

Annual: $205 million
Average Annual per School: $17.1 million

Add another school and that pot gets smaller.

We're the only FBS school in our entire state st. louis alone is like a top 25 tv market if I remember right, add in kansas city and we should bump that payout a good amount.

the tv deal is getting restructured is it not?..revenues are projected to jump 50%....per the article, its a 50% per-school increase on intake.

source: http://www.usatoday....reases/1836389/

....on top of that, the sec schools got on average 1.1 million more than the big 12 in bowl revenue in the '11-'12 season a disparity that will only increase with conference realignment.  i would expect that to have substantially increased when compared to the prior season (11-12).
