I'd probably go with Tennessee. Yes, it's a new staff, and they don't have an established base, but considering that they had a serious lack of talent BEFORE their offense left early, they desperately needed to at least get a solid, if not overwhelming class. Instead, not only did they miss on too many recruits, not only did the talent gap between them and the upper echelon of the conference widen, but the talent gap between them and VANDERBILT has started to widen.
