No "dream team" for Richt this year.
I find it surprising that he WHIFFS on a lot of the high-end in-state talent.

We miss all the time on high end kids in Florida, but most of them are at boarding schools and aren't actually from here.
I did enjoy watching zero recruits pick UGA on ESPN yesterday.

Lol..... we signed 32 players (THIRTY-TWO!), 2 of which committed yesterday. Yeah, we sure whiffed on a lot of talent.

So now it's 5 or 6 guys, is it? We didn't even have that many available schollies; we had room for three more, at most. This is laughable, even for you. You know damned well that recruits fill the table up with hats just for the purpose of their own drama. Which 5 or 6 guys are you referring to? There were only 4 high profile guys that I'm aware of (Tunsil, Adams, Foster and Kamara), and everybody knew the score with Foster a long time ago, so essentially you're talking about three guys, not SIX. Three guys who waited until the last day of recruiting to announce, and after we had already had 32 guys with UGA hats on the table pick UGA.

The melodrama is ridiculous here.

I'll give you that we whiffed on a few state 5*s, but you went full stupid with this comment. Richt has cherry picked several tops recruits out of multiple southern states, incuding Florida. How quickly everyone forgets that we stole AJ Green right out of South Carolina, not to mention Aaron Murray from Florida and Mathew Stafford from Texas. I wont question Richt's recruiting after getting UGA to the SEC Championship two years in a row and 5 times in 12 years. I'll take that kind of success.
