WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Florida defensive back Matt Elam (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.), quartermiler Tony McQuay (Riviera Beach, Fla.) and early enrollee running back Kelvin Taylor (Belle Glade, Fla.) have all been honored by the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame for their 2012 Annual Sports Awards.
