Cam ran probably about 60-70. Caudle moved maybe 5. Throwing the ball while standing still isnt all that athletic.

It's called efficiency. Cam used all that energy to get 15 yards, and nobody disputes that Cam is a great athlete. Caudle got nearly triple the yards using a fraction of the amount of energy. Think how many yards he'd get if he expended even more energy!
I kept failing a math test at the University of Alabama because every time I added 5+3 I got 8 and they kept insisting that the right answer was 14.

well now you have to define sport to define the athelete ...see what I'm saying? Golf may be the hardest sport out there but take any of them and put them in another sport and 99% would fail hard, that's why you can't compare

Well, I'm sure you've heard the arguement on whether Golf can even be described as a physical sport.

Well let's compare it to the NBA, NFL, MLB, European Football.

In that sense, no.

I have high respect for Golf too. Tiger and them are phenomenally talented. The catch is that it's a 100% finesse game. Finesse =/= Athleticism.

I don't know if you're trolling or serious.

it's a redundant argument, look at someone like charles barkley, one of the best basketball players of a generation, and the least talented guy to ever touch a golf club. I'm not trolling, golf is a sport, and it is the hardest sport to master if you look at it objectively. You can have amazing talent but none of that matters if you haven't put in the hours. Lebron couldve stepped on a basketball court at 17 and dominated within a few months. Same goes for football, in fact, it often happens. You will never see that with golf.

The reason Lebron could step onto a court at age 17 and dominate is because he is athletic. In golf it's not about the athleticism but about the work.

obviously not, charles barkley was athletic and poured tons of time into being good at golf and he still can't swing right, plenty of people have put in thousands of hours into being good at golf and still never shoot below par if they even get there.

Rest of sports are not as "Athletic"

At least you took out hockey. I'd argue a case for football though. If you don't have an amazing combination of size, speed, strength, quickness, stamina, toughness, etc. you won't go very far in football.

I'd probably put tennis on the list too.

Golf isnt athletic. Its difficult to master but not athletic. And  back up QB throwing a pass doesnt count as athletic. Byron Leftwich can throw a ball 70 yards but that dude is the most unathletic guy to ever step on a football field. Collin Kappernick, Cam Newton, Robert Griffin, Russel Wilson, Tim Tebow. Those are athletic QB's, Just cause he "took the final snap of the championship game" does not mean hes athletic. It means he wasnt good enough to be the starter and he had to hold the kick.
