did umemployent become a non issue? out of control spending? fast and furious? Bengazi? credt rating? no budget? food stamps at record numders?
Immigration is still a major issue. Just because politicians can't agree to solve the problems you mentioned, it doesn't mean that they should quit trying to fix other problems.

with no resolution in sight the issues I mentioned have just gone away. If you just turned on the TV today you would think gun violence is claiming numbers like it was a mexican drug turf war and we were so short of unskilled labor in this country we needed action on lifting imagration restrictions.
I dont know how you were taught to deal with issues but I was taught to not take on wasteful drawn out side bar issues with no return until the real, big issues were addressed.

You don't think that immigration is a big issue?

in light of our debt, no budget, cover up of Bengazi, unemployment ect, no. I dont. We have a surplus of unskilled labor so its not like we need to grant amnesty to 30,000,000 more. We have a path to citizenship in place. Most states directly effected by the invasion have plans in place to deal with it. Mostly state level enforcement of federal law. Why not just enforce existing law since we gain nothing by changing it?

and that in and of its self make them huge. When people care more about what the government gives than what it does we are at the end of the useful life of the government.

I'm bewildered that some don't think those are important issues. Incompetency in both Benghazi and F&F are issues that are chosen to be ignored by the political left. For progressives it is more pressing to secure votes (amnesty) and restrict freedom (gun control) than ensure the safety of servicemen or hold accountable those responsible for events such as Benghazi and the failed F&F

and to a degree those two are symptoms of the decay. Atleast Obama should be charging ahead on a Budget, unemployment and spending. But he is too much of a campainger and not a leader and will not commit to anything. To do anything about spending or a budget you have to committ to a specific and campaigners just are not capable of doing that.
so he does what a campainger does and finds a hot button divisive issue to champion. Distract with the heart so the brain cant slow it down and ask what about the real issues?

There were plenty of things like this I was complaining about in 2004. People said I was a sore loser.
