Watching the Gamecocks this year has been like seeing a kid grow up right before your eyes. It's amazing compared to what we looked like last year. If Frank Martin sticks around I don't see any reason we can't stay in the top 1/3 of the SEC as long as he's here.

Kentucky could lose every game here on out and SECats wouldn't move them out of the top 3 folks, there is no point in arguing.

There is no way that Kentucky is the most talented team in the Country. I understand being a fan of your team, but I would never say that Florida is the best team in the country. I might make an argument for the best defensive team but I wouldn't make such a bold statement when I know it isn't true.

Florida Hasn't won any big games? They destroyed Marquette and Wisconsin, were beating Arizona until a late game collapse (In Arizona I might add), and it's not like Arizona is a pushover team, and Kansas state isnt either. Every single game they have won have all been absolute beat downs on the other teams. And Florida did shut down the guy who hung 40 on the wildcats, do you remember that? And they shut down arguably the best point guard in the NCAA.

Ole miss...is ole miss I'll give you that.

Like I said before, Mizzou has probably the best pure point guards in the nation and when Bowers gets back they will probably be a better team come tourney time.

Face it, this isn't last year. The Kentuck One-and-Doners got lucky last year because of Anthony Davis, and he isn't walking into Rupp any time soon. No one stands out on that team like Davis and Kidd-Gilchrest did last season. Maybe next years starting 5 will be the "Most talented team in the nation."

We will have the most talented team in the nation next year by a mile. Our recruiting class is ridiculus and Cal is still in the running with both Wiggins and Randle. We have five 5* and one 4 star coming in. Seeing how dreadful this year has gone you gotta expect a couple guys to stay around to add some experience for us. Another perfect storm is brewing.

Come SEC tourney time this team will be at its peak and will be playing just as good as Florida is.

I've always tended to agree, but I'm starting to doubt.
I thought the Auburn game was the turning point for sure, but they looked like garbage against LSU.
I don't get it.

I think that this set of freshman just isn't going to gell and become a good team.

Yeah I don't doubt that. That recruiting class is sick, Im not so sure about Wiggins, but you know more about the situation than I do. But this season, they'd have to make a lot of improvements come SEC tourney time, and if they make it to the NCAA tournament I'm not so sure theyd be a very high seed.

Oh ive already accepted the fact we'll have a terrible seed. An 8 seed at this point would be a blessing.

Despite losing to Bama I still have Kentucky over Bama as far as power rankings, I could easily put OM past Mizzou in the rankings, but I'm going to hold out and see how they do in their next 4-5 games, which is arguably the roughest part of their schedule.

I would also reorder the bottom based off SOS and who they have beaten.
Cool. Even though Ole Miss beat Missouri!
